Frequency and content

Frequency: 

I sporadically send emails just depending on if I have great content to send you to, or I discover a resource or offer I want to tell you about.  On rare occaion that is 2 emails a day.  Usually it's 3 maybe 4 a week.  But actually my goal is to send a great, awesome email daily.  I don't usually do it but I aspire to it.

Content:
I send out a newsletter each week typically on Saturdays.

I send occional affiliate offers.

I send occasional videos or blog posts or resources or cool stuff.

The topic is marketing.
